The Set UpRetired bank robber Michael De Santa has recently met the son he never had Franklin Clinton. Seeing potential in him, Michael has offered to mentor Franklin in the art of Grand Theft and Criminality. What better way to do so than up close in a demonstrative jewelry heist. Following their success, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has become alerted and are actively on their case. However, Davey, an old friend of Michaels and corrupt agent of the law offers Michael yet another way out and a clean slate. With a seemingly impossible government heist on their plate, Michael reunites with his old running buddy and psychotic best friend Trevor Philips to form a rag tag mastermind heist crew. Still undecided, we see in this live action short film, if Michael is really retired, or if he's back in the game. Adapted from the highest grossing media title of all time and hit videogame Grand Theft Auto V, this short film was directed by Dalton Sharpe and shot as a final project for New York University's Film and Television Program.
